Danče Beach
About the place
Danče Beach is one of the oldest beaches in Dubrovnik. It is located at the foot of the monastery complex with the church of St. Marije, under Gradac Park, about two hundred meters from the Old Town. The beach is rocky, and the sea is deep and clean and slightly cooler than elsewhere. Danče Beach stretches towards the open sea, it is not sheltered from the waves.
Good to know
It is not recommended for children or weaker and inexperienced swimmers on windy days.
