Fortress Imperial
About the place
The Imperial Fortress is a fortification on top of the Srđ hill. The purpose of the fortress was to defend the northern approaches to the city of Dubrovnik. Imperial is the main fort of the Srđ hill fortification system, and the forts of Strinčjera, Gradci and Žarkovica are also located in the same system.
